Welcome to Tharagai Fashion Studio. By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, framed in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Bespoke Services and Order Processing

• Made-to-Measure: All Tharagai Fashion Studio products (including bridal blouses, lehengas, and ethnic wear) are custom-tailored to the specific measurements provided by the customer during online, video, or in-person consultations.
• Design Finalization: Once measurements and design details are finalized and production begins, no further structural or design changes can be accommodated.
• Express Services: Express customization is subject to studio availability and may incur expedited processing fees.

2. Pricing, Payments, and Billing

• All prices will be communicated clearly during your design consultation. Full or partial advance payment (as agreed upon) is required before fabric sourcing and production begin.
• We accept secure payments via standard banking channels and verified payment gateways.

3. Shipping and Customs (NRI & Global Orders)

• We offer both domestic and worldwide shipping.
• Duties & Taxes: For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes, and local levies applied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Tharagai Fashion Studio is not liable for delays caused by international customs processing.

4. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

• No Returns on Custom Garments: Because our products are uniquely handcrafted and tailored specifically to your measurements, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been processed and delivered.
• Manufacturing Defects: In the rare event of a verifiable manufacturing defect or a severe deviation from the agreed-upon measurements caused by our team, you must notify us via WhatsApp (+91 8110081815) within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will offer alterations or a suitable resolution at our discretion.
• Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once the fabric has been cut or embroidery work has commenced.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, logos, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Tharagai Fashion Studio. Unauthorized reproduction or use of our designs or website content is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms, website usage, or business transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
